Vaillancourt Plumbing are a reliable and professional organization. We use them almost monthly in the properties we manage to solve emergencies, perform scheduled tasks and larger projects too like replacing a watermain from the street. Brian, Patsy and Nancy are attentive and easy to work with to arrange projects both big and small. The plumbers are smart, quick, and courteous with our residents.

Had a 2 piece bathroom that was extended and turned into a 3 piece. Brian provided a quote listing all that was to be done and it was all done exceptionally well. Dave the plumber was amazing. Polite clean and his workmanship was way beyond his years. If you need work done give these guys a call. You won’t be disappointed.

My first interaction with Vaillancourt was with Nancy who represented the company so well, I was sure this was going to be a wonderful partnership. For my first quote I received a call from Brian who gave me some background on the company and services. I felt more confident this was a great company.
When David arrived to complete the work at our customer’s home, he immediately said hello and introduced himself. David was professional and polished in his appearance and manner. His knowledge and work ethic was incredible. David jumped right in, working so efficiently and cleanly, explaining the work he was doing. Some plumbers would just install a new bathtub but David checked that the drain was flowing in the right direction and quickly saw it was not. It was going uphill by 1/8”. David made the necessary changes in very impressive time and by fixing this, there was a drastic improvement.
I had a very brief interaction with another Plumber, Shane who drove up, got out of his vehicle, waved and said hello. He put something in David’s vehicle and made sure he acknowledged me and said have a great day and waved goodbye as he left. This may seem a very small gesture but meant so much in the moment as Shane had been on call and had a very late night working. He could have pretended not to see me but made a special effort to acknowledge me.
After the project was completed, I received a call a couple days later from Patsy to create my company account. Patsy mentioned looking at our website and knowing what we look like. I was impressed that even though Patsy was very busy, she had taken the time to get to knows little about us. I was very pleased when I received the invoice as it was very fair and reasonable for the quality and amount of work completed.
My partner and I are very particular about who we use on a project and who we refer our customers to. I am looking forward to establishing a long time working relationship with Vaillancourt and feel confident using them on all our future projects and have every confidence in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a quality plumbing company. Vaillancourt will take care of you with great workmanship and excellent customer service.

Great service. I was impressed with the ability to get a plumber so quickly. It turned out to be a much more extensive problem than expected. The gentleman showed me the damage and explained the repair as he worked. Very tidy and polite. Thanks Shane.

Their plumber Shane managed to calm me down and asked the questions necessary to make sure he had the parts necessary to successfully complete the job. We have used Vaillancourt twice now and keep their card on the fridge. First was after getting several quotes for doing the rough-in in our basement for a from scratch full bathroom. Fabulous recommendations and job. Second for a leaky pipe in the laundry room - quick, good work and reasonable price. It is peace of mind to have good and affordable plumbers!

They responded quickly. Repair was effective and the serviceman cleaned up perfectly. No surprises and I would use them again.

Receptionist who took my call went the extra mile to get plumber to attend as soon as possible. Shane the plumber very courteous, protection Covering placed on kitchen floor and upon completion a clean up with spray 9 by trades person. Great communication between customer and plumber. Solving our unique problem took time and effort. Follow up call by Brian Vaillancourt appreciated. All trades come with a price tag however don’t try to be penny wise pound foolish. Had to fix a shower. Called my usual guys at Vaillancourt plumbing, a company I have been dealing with for the past 10 years if not more. They arrived at the set time. Perform the work as they always do. And when they left, it’s like no one had been there to work. They always leave the room as clean as they found it. Professional, polite and trustworthy.
