Outstanding roofing and customer service
Marlad replaced the roof on our first home in about 2010. We were so happy with their work, that when the time came, we hired them to replace the roof on our next home (July 2020).
During both of our experiences, Marlad was professional, performed quality work, and kept to the planned schedule. They cleaned up fully.
Recently, we thought our skylight was leaking, and so we reached out to Marlad. Kyle called back the same day, and came over the next day. He correctly diagnosed the problem - it was just condensation from our humidifier. We were grateful he took the time to make sure our roof was ok.
During both jobs, Marlad went over and above our expectations.
