They came to prune a tree on our property. During the consultation we were told they would trim the branches back by the hydro wires. The pruning that was done was fine but the workers said they would not prune the branches near the wires because they were not allowed. We called the company and were told they would come back later in the day with special equipment to do the pruning near the wires which would be safe. We said fine. They never back came and finished the job. We won't be using this company again.
