The 2 men were quick, efficient, considerate, and polite. Work was completed to my satisfaction and clean up was excellent .
There is one area of concern. The 2 men hauled the heavy vacuumed portable cleaner by hand into the basement. It was invidious that it was much heavier than 2 fridges. They had no back supports. Surly the company would be interested in preventing claims for back injuries.
It would be wise for the company to provide back supports for workers having to move such heavy machinery.
