We tried to locate a furniture refinisher in the K-W area to strip and refinish our very expensive dining room table with no success. The highest recommended stripper-refinisher in Kitchener refused to do our table top because the furniture was made in China, saying it would be a labour-intensive and time-consuming job which they wanted no part of.
Eventually we discovered Grand Valley Furniture Restoration in Georgetown, ON.
After contacting the company, "Russ" told us he could and would do the job and gave us a very reasonable quote.
We had Scott, from Grand Valley, pick up our table top and it was returned, right on schedule two weeks later, looking better than brand new.
All we can say is Grand Valley did a fantastic job and their workmanship is beyond excellent--SUPERB!
