We moved to a house that was built in the 80s last fall. The original windows were really up to their life and we decided to change all 30+ windows, patio door and side door. Having heard so many bad stories about changing windows, it was the one we worried most out of our renovation projects. Many things during the process could go wrong, from upselling you with products at reap-off prices, manufacturing delay, poor installation to the big mess that installers left behind. None of that happened with Ambia! Right from the first call we made, Tony was very patient explaining the whole process and answered all the questions and concerns we had. Jimmy promptly followed up and accommodated to limited appointment time slots during the house pre-closing visit. He made very good suggestions on products, configurations and color choices. We were provided very fair pricing right off the first quotation. This became apparent when we later got quotes from other vendors. Some really jacked up the prices for similar products. Many bad stories have nightmares began right after the contracts were signed. Again, none with Ambia! Jimmy and the installer, Arek, came doing the detail measurements. It happened all outside, no need to bother us at all. When the windows and doors came, every single one fitted properly, no re-work. The installation also went very well. Arek and his team is very experienced and professional. They removed and installed a few windows at a time leaving no extensive of time with big openings in the house. They cleaned up both inside and outside after the works leaving us just minimal vacuum after the job. We are very happy with the new windows, the house looks much more vibrant than before. We are also very satisfied with the Ambia team. Would recommend with no hesitation!

We had been in the market searching for companies to upgrade windows and doors for our house. Among a handful companies we quoted from, Ambia provided the best consultation service answering every single questions we have and gave us a very competitive offers. we have lots of windows and there were lots of back and forth of adjusting the specifications. Tony is the best, accommodating all of our needs. As for results, we are super happy. even the auditor we hired separately told us he had seen lots of windows but these are some of the best quality he audited in his career.

After canvassing a variety of companies we decided on Ambia. Our home had a combination of windows from the 50s and 70s that needed replacing, including a few large, irregular sized windows. Jimmy was very patient and accommodating with our various requests throughout the sales process. The installation team led by Arek was extremely capable and professional and did an excellent job, especially as we had a mix of Stage and KV windows/doors (due to sizing).

We opted for triple pane windows and the difference was immediate - a noticeable heat loss difference and sound pollution when compared to our old windows. Overall, we are very happy with our choice and would highly recommend Ambia.

I had received quotes from a few companies and Ambia was in line with the other companies. However, their professionalism and attention to detail was unsurpassed. They were very easy to deal with which made the whole process much easier to tolerate. The windows seem to be of superior quality at a reasonable price. The installation was relatively painless, considering they were installed in the winter. In fact, the windows were ready before the promised date and the estimated time for installation was bang on. The trim they use was of better quality than the replaced trim which was appreciated. As well, they were very accommodating when asked to perform "additional" tasks. All in all, good people to work with. Highly recommended.

We purchased a house from the 1950s and the windows that were in the house seemed like they were installed when the house was built (in the photos, you can see an old window covered with bars - that was an original window and was left alone as it is covered on the inside). We went with Ambia Windows to get brand new windows for our house to modernize the look, as well as ensure that our home is energy efficient. Jimmy was communicative and informative, and gave us great recommendations about configurations and different ways that the windows could open so that we could achieve large, unobstructed windows. We also converted a window into a patio door, which we also got through Ambia Windows and we are very pleased with the result. My only regret is not getting the front door done as well.

Had patio door that had 4 panels, 2 of which you had to close. The tracks were old and compromised causing door's to stick. Now only 2 panels, closes so smooth. Very happy!
