A Divine Design

We looked at shutters from several shutter companies TEN years ago and decided to use Marco and his team. At the time, we installed shutters in most of the house except for 3 windows because we had to keep within a certain budget. Fast forward 10 years, we decided to finish the remaining 3 windows. We looked at our existing shutters and realized they still look brand new after 10 years. It isn't very often you see this kind of quality anymore. Also, Marco is very passionate and proud of the shutters he sells - with good reason. We quoted a few other companies and Marco's prices were very reasonable. The quality of his product was visibly better so it was an easy choice picking A Divine Design. Lastly, after Marco and Joseph installed the new shutters, he inspected all of the shutters he originally installed and made small adjustments where necessary - little things like alignment and magnets.

We have recommended him to other friends and family and everyone has been happy with his work.

After taking our time and researching the different companies and different types of shutters, we received 5 quotes and decided to go with Marco and A Divine Design, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Marco came right to our house did all the measurements showed us the high quality shutter his company offers and informed us on the diiference between his shutters and installation compared to his competitors. Marco let us know that it would take around 3 weeks before the shutters were ready and in 3 weeks he was at our house along with his installer Joseph installing our beautiful shutters. Marco built custom wood California shutters for us approximately 2 years ago. He was very professional and did an outstanding job which has resulted in numerous compliments from our friends and neighbours. After talking with you and comparing what you had to offer with quotes for products by other competitors, we knew that the product you were offering was superior. Surprisingly, your quote for 15 sets of shutters was either cheaper than that quoted for inferior products (vinyl or poorer quality wood) offered by other companies, or only slightly more expensive. It is clear that you not only know the products offered by your competitors as well as your own.

Without making a mess and ensuring that you took care within our home, you installed our wonderful shutters so that they open and close perfectly.
We called two days after installation to express our concern about some minor imperfections that we saw on the slats of one shutter. On the same day, late in the evening (on a Friday!), with our agreement, you (Tony) arrived to fix quickly our concern. Within minutes, our problem was erased.

Marco and his assistant Tony installed shutters throughout my entire 2 storey home... Its 3 years later and the shutters still look brand new.
