At pre-install, Mark walks you thoroughly through all your options and helping assist in your decision-making, specifically helping determine between NEEDS and WANTS. Through the install process, Jason was very accommodating, professional, thorough, and efficient. The job looks fantastic and I would highly recommend Jason and Mark to anyone. Post-install Mark followed up to ensure we were thoroughly satisfied. We asked for a minor adjustment and both Mark and Jason were quick and accommodating at scheduling a time to come perform that, even during a very busy Christmas season.
I will recommend Victorious Carpet to anyone who is looking for a professional job done at a fair price.
