As a real estate agent, I was looking for someone to carpet the basement of a client's million dollar home which was to go on the market any day. It had to be of a high enough quality to suit the surroundings, but it was also a last minute expense so price was definitely an issue.
The first company that arrived quoted me $3400- more if any furniture needed to be moved- and said it would be at least a week before it could be installed as the carpet had to come from the States. He also promised that if given the job he would have it completed within three days.
Mark did all of this and more. The basement looked sensational, the cuts were virtually invisible, and the job was done in less than half the time and price of his competitors.
I have since used Mark exclusively for both my clients and myself and I recommend him to absolutely everyone. I'n not sure how, but he seems to keep getting better and better. Today, while installing a stair runner in my own home, he noticed a pull in my bedroom rug and quietly fixed it while he was here. By the time he left, everything looked perfect.
