We found Victorious Flooring doing a Google search, after having Home Depot in to do a quote (the estimate from Home Depot cost us $60), and asked Mark to come and give us a quote. Not only did he provide us with all the information we needed (we did not get this from Home Depot, as the person they sent ONLY measured) and an education in the product(s) his company sells. We felt very comfotable with Mark and found him friendly and professional. He was also easily accessed and responded almost immediately to any emailed questions or concerns. The day of our installation was a very exciting one for our family, as we had waited a long time to replace our carpets, and went more than smoothly. The technician Al was extremely professional and his attention to detail beyond any we had previously encountered.
