Acting as general contractor for my own home reno, I normally get a couple of quotes and rely on my senses when I make a decision to hire.
I had to meet 4 carpet supplier/installers before meeting Mark. Victorious Flooring was able to differentiate (from the others) with 3 important things rarely found in the trades. A solid knowledge of the craft, a diligent crew with experience that takes pride in attention to detail, great email and on site service. There was a miscommunication regarding the areas to cover, but we quickly found a solution. They finished the job on a Sunday before heading out of town! Can't see a single seam! Thanks guys, C.
