I wanted to wait a couple of months to write this review to see how happy we were with the product the owner sold us. We wanted a carpet that was stain resistant and he told us to purchase nylon. Other companies were more affordable but I went by his reviews on Homestars. The carpet quality is holding up well and his service after installation was excellent

I wish that you had contacted me immediately as you had the coffee spill and/or the pet accident. I am glad that I saw your feedback here, so I was able to quickly contact you and offer help. As per our phone conversation yesterday (Dec 14), I will drop by this Thursday as scheduled to help you to remove the coffee stain and the pet accident from your carpet. Rest assured, since you have a Shaw Carpet - made from 100% Evertouch BCF Nylon, you will be seeing a satisfactory result after us cleaning the carpet. Also the less expensive carpet you are compering from another dealer was as a Polyester fibre carpet. When I indicated that Nylon offers a higher stain resistance compared to a Polyester carpet on July 7th during my site visit, you wanted to do your own research and get back to me, and we received your order confirmation on July 24th.

Spot cleaning performed, all stains came off.
