Because of the need for a new drain in our finished basement, the carpet was cut in two places and peeled back along with the underpad. After sending pictures to Mark at Victorious Carpet he assured us they could handle the repair, but in all likelihood seams would be visible where it had been cut. Mark was very accommodating as I had to change the date the day before Victorious was scheduled. Jason & Ian did an amazing job; they arrived when they said they would, brought their equipment in and out of the house quietly and efficiently and no seams were visible. Our carpet looks great! I highly recommend Victorious Carpet.
