What A Pane Inc. (Door Inserts)

I wanted to do an insert for my front door and I had an issue with my door so I called What A pane after I shopped around and I know what exactly I need.. John picked up the phone and told me that the design I need is on sale now and their price was really good so I told him about my door issue and I told him I am not paying this much if my door is not going to be fixed first. He told me they normally don’t deal with such issues but he will send Murray (his colleague) to check. Murray came on time he checked what is the door issue and he told me he will check how much it will cost him and will get back to me. In 3 days I called to fellow up we agreed on the price and he just came in today. He fixed the issue ,install the inserts and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Murray and What a pane.
