- Could be a little clearer (realistic) on total project completion timelines i.e. build in time lags between project components.

- Take ownership of your renovation - participate in the total process: ask questions, explain your vision, use the expertise of your contractors to secure the best outcome. Don't be afraid to advocate for your wish list...you may find they can actually make it come true.
