Welcome Home Inspections arranged our inspection promptly. John inspected the outside and inside of our house and though our home is fairly new he was still very thorough, pointing out potential trouble spots. John answered all my questions and provided a detailed report of his inspection. Very knowledgeable and professional.

John walked me through the house and highlighted the things as a new homeowner I needed know. He tagged all of the main lines in the basement and explained some of the minor issues and how they could be addressed. The final report was detailed and provided within 24-hours of the inspection. John is very knowledgeable and straightforward and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Welcome Home Inspection Services.

John did a fantastic job walking us through the house, pointing out various things of note and marking all lines in the house with their purpose. The final report was very well presented and received quickly after the inspection was done.

Both my husband and I were extremely impressed with John's services. He is very friendly, thorough and takes the time required to truly perform an extensive inspection. I would highly recommend him.
