Kourosh Interior Construction Inc.

Our previous contractor dropped off the map at the tail end of a large reno (over $200,000) and we still had some stuff that needed to be done! Unfortunately, it was a lot of small stuff - fixing drywall holes, finishing some hardwood flooring, minor electrical, minor paint and so on. It was extremely difficult to find people who were experts in each individual field willing to come in and do the small jobs that needed to get done so we had a finished product. In comes Kourosh who not only gave us a fair price and a reasonable timeline, but treated each single task placed before him with the expertise and care a specialist would! My wife and I were very happy with the work ethic (came on time every day), the quality of work (things were done as they should have been and when they were off, Kourosh made modifications to our satisfaction) and reasonable cost. To add to the well deserved praise, I will say that the house was 98% done when Kourosh started to work so I obviously didn't want to experience a constant "under construction" zone during the 10 days or so he was there. To alleviate my concerns Kourosh made sure the work areas were cleaned thoroughly at the end of each work day, which allowed our family to enjoy the home during this period.

Overall, I am very satisfied with his work and would certainly hire him again!
