We are first time home owners. Imagine the dilemma of walking into a sewer back-up issue in your basement (furnace room and bathroom). We searched homestars and called a number of drain cleaning but we felt good when we talked to DrainComs technician (Slava) and had him come to look at the job. The next day, Ievgenii and Boris came in the morning and completed the work. Ievegnii was very thorough as he also inspected the drain in the furnace room. Both him and Boris were really taking their time to ensure the work is done correctly and completely. Thanks guys. Your assurance that my drain is now clean will allow us to sleep a little bit better in our new home. Will definitely call you guys again but I hope not in the near future! :-)
