My experience from calling the call center to booking the visit to the execution has been very pleasant. Valentyn (Val) came and he gave a patient hearing for my on-going issues.
Thereafter he explained the work involved and spent many hours in unclogging the kitchen sink (the problem was in the basement 4 inch pipe). I am quite thrilled with the results so far and Val's professionalism, sense of humor and work ethics are excellent.
