Waterproofing exterior/interior basement
We were initially impressed. The person who came to do our initial assessment/estimate was professional and well spoken. However Draincom does not tell you they subcontract out their work. The people who actually came to do the work spoke literally no English so we could not communicate with them. Not three years later we have a leaky basement again. Draincom sent back the same crew - same communication issue. They argued with us that the problem is not from their work and Draincom has not answered our follow up email. I would NOT recommend using this company.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you. Here at DrainCom we pride ourselves in the work that we do. We stand behind our work and our warranty. I do believe that when you called to request a site visit because of concerns that you were having, that our project manager came out immediately and addressed the issue. We did stand by our warranty and fixed the problem you were having. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive an email from you, if you still have a concern please resend the email and I will address it as quickly as possible.
