Ordered a plumber from Draincom for non-emergency work. He performed a number of minor jobs. When he gave me the bill, he had inflated the time spent on the job by half an hour (I noted the times myself), and when i caught him, he just shrugged it off but didn't reduce the amount. He then charged me $180 for parts...but didn't provide me with a receipt, even though part of the time on the job was driving to the store to get them. the parts were very minor and I have trouble imagining they cost more than $50.00. I have complained to the company, and am awaiting some response.
I have had lots of otherwise positive dealings with Draincom, so we are hoping for a good outcome. in fairness, he arrived on time, was polite and did a good job. Just gouged us at the end.

We at Draincom take pride in the service we provide. I am very surprised that you had a rather unpleasant dealing with our plumber but I assure you that he wouldn't over charge for parts on a job. Customers are more than welcome to provide their own faucets/parts for the job that they wish to have done. I am sure we were able to rectify this problem you had and I do hope we can be of service again in the future.
