An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I was extremely satisfied with the service and results I received from Luc’s Roofing. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and the roof looks great.
When I first met with Luc he told me that when the crew left I would not know they had been on my property. I thought this was a pretty bold claim at the time — and I have often been disappointed at the mess left behind by others who have done work for me. But Luc was right! When I came home from work the day they finished I couldn’t find a chip of roofing or a stray nail anywhere.
It is very clear that Luc takes great pride in doing good work, but especially in having happy, satisfied customers. You can count me as one of those!
