Vahn was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and personalable throughout the inspection of our home in Oakville. We got the distinct impression that he is genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. The inspection was broken down into major areas of the property; roofing, exterior, structure, electrical, heating, cooling, insulation, plumbing and interior. Following a detailed review of each of these, Vahn walked us through his findings using pictures to help us clearly understand the issues and how they can be resolved in the future. He also answered any questions that we had a long the way. Following the inspection, we received a thoroughly detailed report that same evening, which clearly documents all issues (both major and minor) that we discussed during the inspection- along with photographs to support. All in all, I would definitely recommend Solex Group to anyone looking for a top quality home inspection and will certainly use them again in the future.
