Vahn, the Home Inspector who performed the home inspection for the property I bought in Brampton located at 179 Avondale Blvd. did an excellent job. He is very professional and extremely detailed. I am also very pleased with the house inspection report received from him in PDF format (straight to the subject, good pictures and sketches). Vahn did another inspection for me to another house back in July/09 for which I didn't have a chance to leave a review but all I can tell you is that was done in the very same professional manner. I will strongly recommend him to anybody I know that is looking to buy a house.
