This was my first ever experience with a Home Inspector. I was pleasantly surprised to see how professional, thorough, patient and detailed he was.
He clearly explained what he was doing at each stage of the inspection and gave me more information about my house than I could ever have imagined; including explaining why and how builders do some of the the things that they do. This insight was a real eye opener for me and I'll take it to heart the next time I get involved in real estate.
I have already acted upon some of the valuable advice he gave me. Vahn's total service and package is most certainly worth much more than what he charges. You always get what you pay for and this is certainly a positive experience.
I certainly would not hesitate to recommend Vahn to anybody I know looking for such services and I will certainly work with him again on my next property project.
