We hired Vahn to do a home inspection. To our surprise he arrived very early to inspect the roof because the weather forecast said it might rain later. He went through each part of the house, then give a quick reviews with the photos for some areas that we can't access. Later that evening, we received a detailed 30-page report with all the major/minor problems during the inspection, with photos. Now we have this report while doing repair and renovation for the new house, we will never be worried anymore. Professional service, honest person. It is a pleasure working with Vahn.
