I recently purchased a new home and had to do a last minute inspection after closing to verify some fixes the original owner had done before closing. I also took the time to have Vahn inspect the entire house since I had some concerns with the original pre-inspection that was done on the house. Vahn was top notch start to finish and surpassed all my expectations. He takes the time to go over every little detail with you as he does his work, and breaks everything down for you in language you can understand. Vahn even went on the roof, which doesn't seem like a big deal, but you would be surprised how many other inspectors might not do the same. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an extremely thorough inspection of their house.

Thanks for the review Ryan. I commend you for choosing your home inspector wisely and carefully. You witnessed first hand the difference between home inspectors.
