Moving into a new house, there were a few surprises on the carpets after the previous owners moved their furniture out. Thinking the cost for cleaning was going to be high; I called around for a few quotes. Ty was the only one to promptly call me back and meet my 2 day deadline before the movers were to deliver our stuff.
We needed the second floor including den and master bedroom and third floor carpets cleaned. Down to every-day wear, the carpets were stained and marked. Ty lectured me on how good the quality of our carpets were and made me promise to take care of them in the future! His work was exceptional, bringing the carpets to the colour I am sure they were when purchased. All the stains were removed and deoderized. Ty did a great job, was fast, professional, and his price couldn't be beat.
No quesiton, we'll have him back to do the basement and recommend to our friends and neighbours.
