Hardwood Floor, ~300 Square Feet
We went to the store to pickup an order we'd already placed and paid for a week before. Upon arriving, the warehouse staff told us the hardwood waiting for us was the completely wrong size compared to what we were sold. They brought in the salesperson and he reluctantly confirmed this was the case.
They then brought in the 2 owners, who handled the situation by saying: "this is a waste of our time" "I don't want to deal with this" "I know people like you, a bunch of cheapskates" "take back your money and get out of my store" etc. He then generously offered us - his customer - 20 seconds to explain the situation, during which he threatened to call the police if we didn't leave.
Don't waste your time. Save your energy and peace of mind by going to another nearby store.
