Heating & Air Conditioning review in
I called Reliable Home Comfort to ask for a furnace repair - I'd had 2 separate visits from another supplier, had not heat for a third time in 5 weeks, and couldn't get a response from their "emergency" voice mail box.
Within 30 minutes of leaving a message at Reliable, the tech on call phoned me and came the very same day. He was very diligent about explaining what he was checking for, and managed to isolate the problem to the pressure switch. He swapped the switch out with one he had in his truck.
Rob would not accept payment as he is not 100% certain that this fix will hold. We have agreed to touch base in a few days and he will come back if needed.
I am extremely grateful for this prompt, courteous, and true service.
