Our furnace stopped working and after speaking with representatives from 4 companies, we were feeling a bit discouraged until we met Dave from Reliable Home Comfort. Dave was really knowledgable and answered many of my difficult questions. What really impressed me was that he did not try to sell us anything that we did not need, that he was able to schedule our installation immediately so we wouldn't be cold anymore and that he always answers his phone personally. The installation itself went very smoothly and the team did a great job. Dave came to double check the job to ensure the units were installed properly. He addressed any issues that we had promptly and professionally. Wow! Amazing compared to the usual experience we have with other companies.
