Basement renovation, bathroom renovation, new roof, and new deck
I worked with Reiner on a series of renovations, and he was truly excellent throughout. He helps with every stage of the renovation process with exceptional insight, genuine patience, and unerring conscientiousness. He recommended a terrific contractor, roofer, and cabinet maker. He made sure I got the best prices, and ensured the contract was fair. When the renovations started, he was on site every day, and inspected all the work being done. As a result, the work was of exceptionally high quality. He also went to great lengths to meet a very short deadline. Because he has such terrific relationships with these tradesmen, they'll go the extra mile for Reiner, and I was able to reap the benefits.
