On Wall Solutions

The product is good, but the service is not. This project was installed in April, 2011. They were short a few cabinet doors, and i was assured that these would be delivered by our salesperson. We were told that they had the doors at their office and the salesperson would personally deliver them. Salesperson came down, but actually forgot the doors. Job has been paid for 100%, however after numerous emails, phone calls, promises, excuses, we still don't have these doors. One of the excusese was that the doors were back-ordered and they were waiting for them to come in. This was months after we were told that they had them and the only reason we didn't have them was that the salesperson drove all the way from Toronto but forgot them. The owner had even gave assurance that this would be resolved (back in the summer) and, now October, and still no service. Lots of great salesman talk. Too bad about the follow through.
