I just bought an older home and had to gut a good part of the main floor in preparation for some renovations. Frank was available on short notice to come by and provide a quote that was quite reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. We decided to proceed with him, and on the scheduled day he and his crew actually showed up early to get started. They were meticulous and diligent in making sure the end result was a space that was fit for renovators/contractors to come in and do their work. Frank was very patient with us throughout, and his team was very professional and polite.
