I experienced a sudden clog and backup in my tub, that soon turned into a leak in the kitchen and basement below. Valentin responded to my e-mail within 30 mins and came out a day later. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. He quickly found the source of the leak (the vent pipe) but the area was inaccessible without doing significant damage. He snaked the tub and advised on how to temporarily prevent future leaks until I can get the plumbing fixed. Thanks, Valentin!

Valentin was very quick and did an excellent job. He replaced two sinks and faucets in 2 hours. One of the faucets had some partsmissing and Valentin provided the parts from his stock.

He also discussed with me what to buy in advance and gave great advice.

I have called Valentin for many plumbing related repairs. Most recently he came to help me isolate the source of a leak that was showing up in my basement. As is turned out, my kitchen faucets were worn out and leaking. Valentin recommended a reasonably priced good quality set and installed it the same day. Later on I did notice that the faucet was dripping so I called Valentin back and he came out that same day and made the necessary adjustments.

Valentin provides honest and fair work and I will certainly call him again for my next plumbing repair or install.

We found Val provided excellent skills as a plumber as well as running his company extremely well and providing excellent customer service. He was prompt in his response to our call, kept us up to date on when he would arrive, explained what he would be doing in advance, and offered information for us to make decisions. Nothing was a problem. Really great to work with.

Valentin was great! He is knowledgeable, mild-mannered, patient, and well spoken. On my initial phone call he listened to my description of the problem and offered several scenarios relating the the cause and possible fixes. He gave me a starting price for the type of work he would likely perform and we set a time for him to come to my house. He arrived on-time and promptly got to work assessing the situation. He worked independently but frequently checked-in as he made discoveries or progress. He took the time to explain the cause and resolution and showed me his work along the way. He was very neat and left no mess behind. The final cost was within the range he estimated. I was very pleased with his work and would have no problem recommending him to others.

Valentin is the best plumber I've ever had come to the house. He replaced a leaking shut off valve and also fixed a toilet problem. He responded to my phone message quickly and came out the next morning which I greatly appreciated. I have already recommended him to my neighbours and work colleagues.

Valentin installed a new washer, dryer and kitchen faucet for us. He was prompt, pleasant, efficient and did an excellent job. He also tried to install a new dishwasher but was unable to finish the work due to a broken part. He volunteered to come back to finish the work. His work was neat, his quote was on target and I found him to be very professional. I highly recommend his services.

I contacted Strong Plumbing via email on a Sunday evening regarding what I thought was a leak in my basement. I was shocked to receive a reply within the hour from Valentin to schedule an appointment!

Valentin continued to WOW me by arriving on time (to the minute!), and treating both me and my house with courtesy and professionalism. When the leak (thank goodness!) turned out to be a non-issue, Valentin didn't charge me for the service call, even though he certainly could have charged for his time.
