They came when they said; took great pride in their product and their workmanship; stayed late using portable spotlights to get the job done on time; dealt with our concerns quickly and efficiently. I liked their "calling card" - a coaster made of the product. Useful, long lasting and it showed their product well when we showed other people what we were about to have done.
All in all a very positive experience.
