Had a decent experience with click lock. bought new roof and they installed it late, but overall happy with the product. looks nice and install crew was pleasant and helpful.
Beware Snow - Click Lock will NOT HELP YOU.
Good sales staff. TERRIBLE customer service. We are extremely unhappy with our roof, as we were not even advised that SIGNIFICANT amounts of snow would avalanche off our roof, destroying THOUSANDS of dollars worth of cedars and equipment (veranda, furniture, etc). Very unhappy with this product, particularly given the price we paid. We are not roofing experts and would have expected THE "EXPERTS" to have advised us accordingly on what to do. When asked what they would do for us, we were told that "we warranty the roof, not any property around the roof". Completely unsatisfactory, as damage directly caused by their product.
