They didn't honour their warranty. Disappointing. After having the roof for 7 years shingles blew off the roof. It was suppose to have a 12 year workmanship warranty and a 30 year shingle warranty. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Roofing review in Mississauga

Shawn at Titans is a very reputable contractor who genuinely cares about his reputation. We had them do our roof two years ago and woke up this morning to a leaking sound coming from the roof. We call him first thing in the morning and he came out immediately. He went up to the roof and fixed the calking around the water heating venting and fixed the problem. The issue was not with the roof itself, yet he came out with all the necessary tools and was up there so he fixed it immediately in less than 30 minutes the problem was solved! Shawn’s company is one of those rare gems that you can just trust to be there to do the right thing and go above and beyond to build a solid reputation. I highly recommend Titan based on our experience. You won’t be disappointed.
