I just received my gorgeous Ponderosa couch. Service was excellent and professional from ordering to the delivery. Ralph was very patient with my many questions and honored a last minute sale price. I have a home business and bought an office chair which met my needs in terms of functionality, but the quality of the bonded leather was very poor.

We had bought a beautiful leather sofa from Boss Leather earlier this year, and we have so much joy with it, I had to ask them if they would consider a custom upholstering of the chair in one of their leathers. While this is not something they would normally do, They took on the task. I told them that since we got our sofa - with the highest quality of leather and workmanship, we are now officially spoiled. Anything leather – HAS to be Boss Leather ?

Danielle was very informative and explained everything in detail from the build process to the different types of leather and made great suggestions with no sales pressure which is a welcome change.

Great care was taken during the delivery to make sure that neither the sofa nor my walls or floors were damaged. The quality of the leather and build of couch is excellent - definitely the real deal. Their work is done locally which is a big plus. It even came a week early which was a bonus!

We just got our sectional called Canadiana and we absolutely love it. It is very well executed and it looks fantastic. When we walked into the store we were greeted by Paul and Rob with a smile and got full attention on all our questions. No pressure to buy. They made sure first that we know the different styles and comfort levels they carry. We were assured that they build quality furniture and they delivered. We had some concerns about the zippers that may show at the back and Rob immediately had a solution to have them covered at no charge. Everything we addressed was resolved with a Yes, we will make sure it is done the way you want it. And they did. Also, the delivery guys were very nice and courteous.
