Crack in basement and roofline
I am a maintenance director of a townhouse complex. With the units over 40 years old, the brickwork needs periodic maintenance. I had used Dave earlier last year and was impressed by their price, performance and professionalism.
This time around, my roofer had indicated that there was a crack in the bricks near the roofline, but did not say where. Dave was unable to find the crack, the first time, but he came back the next time and found it and gave me a reasonable quote. as promised, Dave sent his staff on the day promised. As it turns out another unit reported a crack in the basement a couple of days before Red Robin were supposed to come in. I advised Dave and he gave me a quote for the second job . They came in on time, did the work cleanly and professionally.
I can recommend him without hesitation for any masonry job.
