SO-CLEAN

The team was quick to respond to my request for quote. We messaged back and forth about the details of the job -- each time, they got back to me quickly. The team showed up promptly and put tons of effort into cleaning our couches, chairs, bench cushion and outdoor cushions. All the pieces look much better now.

This is my third time using 416-SO- CLEAN for carpet cleaning .
Today the two young workers who were so polite and helpful did a stellar job . They spent extra time doing the stairwell and in areas that were soiled by a pet and then deodorized for a longer period
I was thinking I would have to get new carpet on the stairwells and landing but it came up beautifully .

I had a really great service done by So-Clean, more specifically Herson and Ricardo. I used this company when I first moved into my place 7 years ago and had a great experience so decided to go with them again, and I am glad I did. They did a thorough job of cleaning our carpets that had stains from a renovation we just did and our microfiber couch that had water stains all over it. They were great at letting me know what to expect, what they were going to do and then delivering on it. They were on time and respectful of my place. I would definitely recommend them for any needs you may have.

It was easy to request an appointment using the online booking system, and they responded right away. Jorge and Adel were friendly and professional when they arrived, and Jorge was very knowledgable about different types of stains and what is required. I hadn't had the carpets cleaned since 2019 and they were in pretty bad shape. After So -Clean, my light grey carpets look brand new! Extremely pleased with the service - will use them again.

I ended up having a conflict when my appointment time came as other work was being done that would be in the way. They were very understanding of the situation and managed to fit me in later that same day. I really appreciate them accommodating my situation and they did a fantastic job getting out some tough stains, especially on my set of stairs. Highly recommend!!!!

SoClean came on time, were very thorough and did an excellent job of cleaning my white stained furniture , a large ottoman and 2 large carpets, one wool one with stains. I would highly recommend this company. They are very pleasant to deal with and well worth the money.

Pablo was very courteous, hard working and thoughtful. I will order So-Clean services again in the spring.
