This is the second time I have used this company to clean my sofa and area rug and am very impressed with their level of service. I have two dogs and they leave some pretty challenging stains. The technician was punctual and professional and neat. Unfortunately there were some scratches in my hardwood floor that occurred when a heavy table had to be moved. when I mentioned this to Adel he assured me he would take care of it and he was true to his word and brought a hardwood floor specialist to the house to fix the problem. My carpet looks like new again and the floor has been repaired. Ruby is great at keeping in touch to advise of arrival times and a follow up call to make sure all is satisfactory. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services.
