The technician was punctual, professional and friendly. He took me for a walk-through after completing the service, to ensure I was satisfied - he did a great job. Not 5 minutes after he left, I received a call from Ruby to confirm that I was satisfied with their service and that all was ok. In a world where quality and service seem to lack, this company is doing it right. A week later, I received a thank you card from the company with a $10 gift card to donate towards charity - way to go guys - love this!
