I first called Adel when we bought a new cream microfibre sofa (yes I know we're crazy) to get an estimate to StainGuard it. He spent the time to explain to me that it's not worth treating microfibre and walked me though how to clean it regularly in order to maintain it.
3 weeks after we bought the sofa, I was trying to clean it and found a blue dot on it. The 'dot' ended up being the tip of an ink pen which proceeded to spill all over the sofa. As the ink spot was growing I frantically called Adel, who calmly told me how to minimize the damage until he could come over. He came over that week and worked on the spot until it was completely gone. I thought for sure the couch would have been damaged for good, but he was a miracle worker.
I would not call anyone else to clean our sofa or carpets!
