There was minor flooding in our unfinished basement but we were not to sure of the source of the seepage. When Joe came over for our free consultation, he showed us three sources of leaking and informed us of the step-by-step measures that needed to be done to fix the problem. Other companies provided overpriced quotes with very little detail. I would highly recommend Guardian Seal to anyone who wants a leak-free basement with no hassle!
