This was the second home inspection that we had hired John's services for. As always, John was incredibly knowledgeable, passion and friendly to deal with. He was able to not only conduct a very thorough inspection but he is always able to articulate the information in a meaningful way so that any layman can understand. His expert advice has saved us thousands in adverting the wrong property and selecting the right one which we greatly appreciate.
