John and Steve did a thorough job and brought amazing enthusiasm to the job. It was clear that they were not trying to run through the house and get out as quickly as possible. It was important for them to show me the areas of concern, as well, not just to have me rely on their report. In infra-red technology is also an amazing thing and gave us comfort on a number of issues on the home.
