I moved in my house in 2008 and had a mystery leak in one of the bedrooms. I had it 'repaired' twice and and found it leaked at the very next heavy rainfall. Mr. Roof Repair was my third attempt of having it assessed in 2010. The quote was more than double the cost of the the work done in the past. The guy ( I think his name was JP) was a nice guy and didn't fear monger me, which I appreciated.
To make a long story short, during the repair, JP discovered rotting wood and found that it was likely that the shingling was done right in the first place and there was evidence of numerous band-aid repairs.
Anyways, I am happy to say that has not been any leaks since then and though I spent more money than I would have liked, it was well worth it. I will definitely use them again.
