Had them come to do a routine maintenance check up as I knew I had some problems but I did not expect so many things. What gave me comfort is that they took lots of photos which is a must as I have no idea what is on and happening on my roof and you never know if you can trust the person that you hire. They booked my appointment very quickly and came within a day or two.

The first set of repairs consisted of a Repair and Replacement of One Downspouts which was completely clogged, Install 210ft of Gutter Filter, Repair/Reseal two skylights. For the most part I was happy with the price but I thought the replacement of one downspout seems a bit pricey but I went with the repair anyway and was very happy with the service and job. Whilst completing the repair and installation of the gutterfilter they noticed that 5 other downspouts were clogged and 3 vents on the roof had their seal eroding. They gave me a reduced price for this second set of work since I spent so much already so overall I felt the combined price was fair. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and if I have any future problem I will definitely call and use these guys again. Very timely, made an conscious to complete the work before the next major rainfall.

I must stress that the photos (and these reviews) played a huge part in my comfort level that I was dealing with the right people as you generally have no idea what is happening on your roof. I have called people on homestars previously that had very good reviews (and were on TV) but felt they were charging my $$$ for the sake of it without real analysis of the problem.
