I thought I used a reputable roofer before but apparently they did the minimum and anyway roof technology has improved. This company is very professional and responsive. If you don’t want to fool around use them.

Mr Roof Repair did a very thorough job examining our eaves for any issues that could lead to water getting inside the house. They also wrote up a very clear, thorough report with pictures of the roof and eaves. Talking on the phone afterwards we thought of another potential issue and they sent someone out very shortly afterwards to look at that too at no extra cost. Very nice service.

We recently purchased a new home, for which the seller's provided inspection didn't include any roof info (dumb, I know). Then we found a leak. Having no idea what condition the roof was actually in, I was concerned I'd be conned into an entire new roof, so naturally I was a bit trepidatious about hiring a random roofing company I found online. What is great about Mr Roof Repairs' assessment, is they provide a detailed documentation of your entire roof along with the issue at hand with detailed photographs and descriptions. Their conduct is extremely professional.

We had an inspection completed on our 2-storey house (constructed 1986) by Mr. Roof Repair in Oct. 2019 of our roof and attic due to a suspect flashing leak. as well as attic ventilation issues due to improper installation of iceneyne spray foam (2009), suspected to be responsible for mold build-up due to partial/full soffit blockage, as well as minimal soffit venting (6 per side) and roof venting (4) of approx. 2100 sq. ft. of roof area.
Installation issues were discovered with securing of skylight flashing (skylights were installed in 2010), attic vents, and chimney vent pipe: nails vs. screws. Skylight flashings found to be lifting in the area of the master bathroom leak. The tune-up will correct all of the flashing issues found, with the follow-up soffit project spring 2020.
In addition due to attic venting issues, our 30-year rated shingles (2009) were found to be experiencing premature wear (colouration/spalling, etc.) due to high attic temps. in summer.
We had other people check certain aspects of the roof, and most of the opinions were inconclusive or off target.
Reviewing the quotation and assessment report with Matt as a follow-up was the most thorough roofing company experience I have ever experienced. The use of technology to review the quote, pictures, and technical discussion was most impressive. We have now set out a plan to schedule the tune-up ASAP and finish the soffits in the spring. It was a pleasure dealing with this company.

Looked em up on better business bureau, got a call back in a couple of day, then they sent a truck and two people a couple of days after that. A temporary repair was done and they are coming back within a month for a more durable repair. So far so good, thanks Mr. Roof Repair

Have a roof leak next to a skylight. They came in and did a thorough assessment of not only the area in question but the entire roof. Great process overall that keeps you well informed of what the issues are in easy to understand terms.

A clerical error occurred in which I was mistakenly charged $1995.56 by the company. It should have been $199 plus GST. Upon contacting the company, the error was rectified quickly and the money reversed on my credit card. I am happy and satisfied that this problem was resolved in the manner described above.

A few years ago, after some heavy winds that jad blown off a section of shingles, I called Mr Roof Repair. They totally exceeded my expectations as they not only repaired the roof but also provided a full, comprehensive report on the whole roof highlighting areas that required attention at some point. My main contact kept me abreast each step of the way and educated me on the different types of shingles and which would be best for my roof. Having water leak into the house from my bathroom exhaust fan was scary. Calling Mr. Roof Repair was not! How wonderful to have someone come to the house, assess the situation, and provide me with a quick and practical temporary fix. Having photographs of my roof along with the printed roof assessment made it easy to plan for my roof installation. Very professional!

Despite the fact that our roof, fascia, eavestrough and downspouts seemed to be clear of debris and in good repair, water was leaking down between the eavestrough and the fascia every time it rained. Mr. Roof Repair's extremely detailed roof inspection soon revealed that our drip edge flashing didn't extend far enough over the eavestroughs to allow them to channel the water away from the walls of our house. We look forward to having Mr. Roof Repair solve this problem through the installation of some additional drip edge flashing.
